Electric Winch (Windlass, Wire Rope, Winch, Construction Winch) is a kind general-purposed lifting equipment, with safety, convenient in operation, reliable, durable, low in noise and so on character, to be used widely in construction site, plant, mine, port and metallurgy, it's a necessary equipment for lifting, horizon or slop carrying.
Our main products include electric double drum series, slow series, fast series, constant speed friction series and so on non-standard series winch.
We have large metal machining equipment for manufacturing large capacity machinery, especially large capacity non-standard electric winch.
OEM, ODM orders for electic winch and Gear boxes are welcome.
We are specializing in grey iron castings, ductile iron castings and Aluminum Castings. Our foundries have been making casting for about 30 years, most of our engineers and workers have at least 15 years of experience in the fields of castings, so we can supply with most favorable prices and suggest most suitable choice on casting process while we get the drawings from our customers.

Material: Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Aluminum
The casting techniques: Sand Casting, Lost Foam Casting/EPC casting, shell mold casting, permanent mold casting, low pressure Die Casting, high pressure die casting, gravity die casting.
Our production capability: 500-800 tons / per month.
The weights for iron castings: 0.80kgs - 3000kgs.
The weights for aluminum castings: 0.03kgs -100kgs.
Machining: turning, cutting, milling, grinding, drilling, reaming and threading.
Tolerance for machining: 0.019mm-0.05mm
Equipment: lathe, planer, drilling machine, tapping machine, line cutting, milling machine, CNC machining center.
Surface Treatment: shot blast, painting, chrome plating, power coating and anodizing
Made according to customers' drawing, specification and / or samples
Casting capability: 500-800 tons / per month.
