The lost wax method is very suitable for the production of precision castings with complex shapes, high dimensional accuracy and quality requirements. In addition, it offers a great deal of freedom in the design and material selection of your desired casting. Precision castings are known as the highest quality castings on the market.
During lost wax casting, the wax pattern is melted away. It forms a wax mirror. Lost wax casting allows the creation of complex precision parts. Because the wax model that gives the mold shape is exactly the same size and shape as the part. It provides a high precision part. No secondary operation is required. Therefore, it is highly cost-effective in many applications.
Our main Stainless Steel Casting materials: stainless steel SS 304 316 316L 2205. We can produce any special stainless steel casting material composition according to customer requirements. Finishes and coatings are natural, nickel plated, electropolished or according to any coating specification of the customer.

Metal casting is a modern craft with ancient roots. In the metal casting process, metal shapes are formed by pouring molten metal into a mold cavity, cooling it in the mold cavity and then removing it from the mold. Metal casting can be said to be the earliest and most influential industrial process in history. It was once used to make many of the metal objects we use in our daily lives: car parts, train wheels, lamp posts, school bus pedals, and more. Additionally, metal foundries rely on metal recycling as a cost-effective source of raw materials, significantly reducing scrap metal that could end up in landfills.
Over the centuries, various combinations of raw materials have been developed to produce various metal types. Some cast products are used in engines requiring high resistance to heat and cold. Cast Iron pipes must be resistant to corrosion and high pressure. Other castings must be lightweight but durable. In many applications, parts are designed to allow precise tolerances between expansion and contraction.
Other Casting processes include gypsum casting, Die Casting and investment casting. Gypsum casting simply replaces sand with a plaster mold.
Die casting requires two large, moving non-ferrous metal parts that are clamped together under high pressure. Molten metal is injected into the mold, and the metal parts are separated after hardening.
The process of Investment Casting begins by filling the mold with wax. Once the wax hardens, it coats the ceramic material multiple times. Heat it until the wax melts and retains the ceramic mold. The mold is filled with molten metal, cooled, and the ceramic material is broken off.
